Does an excellent job cooling my upper level bedroom. Can't give 5 stars for the following reasons: \n1) vent doesn't fit snugly in the window, had to use duct tape. \n2) no removable reservoir. Have to take entire unit into the bathroom and lift up onto the toilet or bathtub to drain it. Otherwise, carry it down 4 flights of stairs to the basement drain.\n3) no thermostat

I have two one I bought new at home Depot and the one I bought from groupon. Wished I had Bought them both from groupon! Units Work Welland so inch better than window units and easier Too.

Assembly/Installation is really easy. It works great for cooling my 550S.F. bedroom with vaulted ceiling. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because it's a bit louder than I expected.

We were initially skeptical because we had never had a portable air conditioner before. Thus far, it's been nothing short of awesome! Even with just the fan setting the room is cool and comfortable. And it is not the loud wind tunnel we thought a portable device would be.

Prompt delivery and AC works great! Also had an option for drainage. Either using the pan or a drain hose. I chose the hose. Cools my living room better than the old window unit I had by far. Thanks
