Love my bed! Didn’t get an hour heads up call which made me late for work. I was depending on that in order to plan ahead. Nevertheless, the bed is great and the service was as well.

Mattress is very firm and delivery was great only negative was they told me I had to pay $60 for removal of old mattress when that was included in the White Glove Free Delivery not sure what that was about.

I absolutely love this bed! It's not too soft and not too firm, this is the first time I've had an adjustable bed base and I think it is awesome. The delivery company was great and they set it up in record time, moving it up the stairs was not an easy job but they did great. The only reason I am giving this 4 instead of 5 stars was the initial off-gassing, I had to air out the mattress for 3 days and spray it with febreeze before the odor went away (which to me smelled like cigarette smoke). Now there is absolutely no noticeable odor and after having slept on it for a week, I am finding that I don't want to get out of bed in the morning because it is so comfortable. I believe the listing said it was a 9 out of 10 for softness, but I think it's actually not very or too soft-I don't sink in and it provides a lot of support. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase even though I was nervous about buying a mattress online that was non-returnable.

So far so good! When I first went to sleep on it i felt like I was melting into the mattress! I should've gotten a Queen size but it is still nice!

For the price I paid, it's a great mattress. After about six months of use it's still going strong. My only "complaint" would be that you can hear the springs moving around, so I'm a little worried about something popping through.
