Quick & Easy Refunds
For local Voucher Deals where you see our Deal Credit Guarantee advertised, this means two things:
You can get a full refund on any unredeemed Voucher within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
After the first 14 days, you will still be eligible to receive Deal Credits in the value you paid on an unredeemed Voucher, provided you request a refund prior to the Voucher expiration date.
Travel can be a big decision, so we’re prepared to give you up to 30 days to return an unused, non-dated Escape Voucher for a full refund. Once you've made a reservation (including any online booking at time of purchase), you are subject to the merchant's cancellation and refund policy.
We also offer Escapes that require you to select a specific date or range of dates for your accommodation. For these date-specific Escapes, you will complete your booking at the time of purchase, and will be eligible for a refund only in accordance with the cancellation policy which is identified at the time of booking.complete details »
If you purchase a Voucher under the Shop tab, you can get a full refund on any unredeemed Voucher within 14 days of purchase.
Once you redeem your Voucher, you will have 14 days from the day after you receive your product to get a full refund.

Events & Activities Vouchers
Events which are not date-specific will generally be subject to the policy stated above for Local Deals (although always read the fine print). However, any Voucher for a dated event is always non-refundable, and is only valid on the specific event date (or dates) you choose at the time of purchase. How to claim a refund
There are four ways you can get a refund. The easiest way is to visit www.livingsocial.com/vouchers and click on ‘ask for a refund’. Alternatively, you can telephone or email us (see below for details). If you would prefer, you can use this form to request a cancellation. Download the form, fill it out and send it back to us by email.
