Myofascial Release is a gentle stretch of the tissue for 3-5 minutes to release the restrictions in the soft tissue without using any lubricant or massage oil as is trigger point. Deep tissue is stroking deep levels of muscle to relieve pain and increase blood flow to the areas just released through the use of trigger point and Myofascial Release. Massage oil, Jojoba Oil is used, to help 'iron out' the muscle we got to relax using the above techniques.
