But you can't lose -- and you certainly won't snooze -- at Tokyo Gogo in the Mission, with a menu so crammed with delicacies your hardest decision is which bites to choose. Think chilled green-tea soba noodles and grilled Hokkaido scallops, tempura shrimp, and truffled hirame sushi. With today's deal, your order just got less selective: Pay $15 for $30 worth of Tokyo Gogo fare, which left one Yelper speechless: "I can't even describe how good they were. You gotta try them to believe." Meanwhile, another reviewer lauded the hotspot's hip izakaya vibe: "I half expected go-go ninjas to jump out dancing to J-pop discotheque. That, or Quentin Tarantino." Needless to say, if you don't, er, go-go, you just might be loco.
