LivingSocial Shop Marketplace Return Policy

Each LivingSocial Shop Marketplace merchant will list their return policy in the deal's Fine Print.

If your LivingSocial Shop Marketplace item is eligible for return, you'll need to contact the merchant directly. The merchant will initiate your return and send you a return label upon request. To contact the merchant, follow the steps listed below.

  1. Head to My Stuff on the website or mobile app.
  2. Select See Details next to the deal you have questions about. On the app, select the order itself.
  3. Under “Need help with this Voucher?” select Contact Merchant to email the merchant directly, or choose from the available self-service options. 

Once the merchant has confirmed that they've received your item, LivingSocial will issue your refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 2–3 weeks after your return has been received for your refund to be issued.
