Problem with a Delivered Item

LivingSocial Shop Marketplace items are sold by independent third-party vendors through our website. If the product you received was damaged, incomplete, or unsatisfactory in any way, you'll need to reach out directly to the merchant. Here's how:

  1. Head to My Stuff on the website or mobile app.
  2. Select See Details next to the deal you have questions about. On the app, select the order itself.
  3. Under “Need help with this Voucher?” select Contact Merchant to email the merchant directly, or choose from the available self-service options.

Please check the product's package for information on contacting the warranty provider.
