If the delivery window has passed
If you haven’t received your order or a tracking update after the delivery window listed in the deal's Fine Print has passed, please reach out directly to the merchant for further support. Learn how to contact the merchant in our Groupon Goods Marketplace Return Policy.
If your tracking says "delivered" but you can't find your item
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it:
- Verify the shipping address you entered at checkout.
- Check for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Check around the delivery location for a secure location the carrier may have placed the package.
- Check with any family, neighbors, or receptionists who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
If you’re still unable to find your package, please contact the carrier directly, as they may have additional information about your shipment.
Some deals do not automatically ship after you check out on Groupon. In order to receive your items, you will need to visit the merchant’s website to finish placing your order.
If you placed your order through the merchant’s website, please reach out to their support team directly for updates on your shipping status.
