Tracking Your LivingSocial Shop Marketplace Shipment

Find Your Tracking Status

  1. Visit My Vouchers via the web or mobile app.
  2. Find your order.
  3. Select Track Package.

Most LivingSocial Shop Marketplace items ship within 2 business days and arrive within 3–6 business days. Once your item ships, we'll send you a confirmation email.

Note: We cannot guarantee any shipment or delivery windows, and some deals have different shipment windows; check the Fine Print for the estimated delivery.

Tracking Statuses

  • Processing Order: Your purchase is complete and being sent to the merchant.
  • Preparing to Ship: Your item is packed and ready to be shipped.
  • In Transit: Your item is traveling to your local postal service.
  • Out for Delivery: Your neighborhood package-delivery service is getting ready to place your item on your doorstep.
