Trouble with Shipping Address at Checkout

If our system isn't accepting your address at checkout, here are a few tips:

  • Check the Fine Print for shipping restrictions. The merchant might not deliver to your state or zip code.
  • Make sure your shipping address isn't a PO box or outside the contiguous U.S. These are restrictions that always apply to LivingSocial Shop Marketplace items.
  • Review the formatting of your address. You can verify your address on the USPS site.
  • Include the apartment or suite number, if there is one, since most carriers won't deliver without this information.

If you're still receiving an error message, we may not be able to deliver to your address. If possible, you can try to have your order delivered to an alternative address.
