Using the LivingSocial Mobile App

The LivingSocial mobile app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store. You can use the mobile app to view and redeem your purchased Vouchers, browse new deals, and receive notifications for deals near you (learn about Setting Your Location Preferences).

Using Your Voucher

  1. Select My Stuff.
  2. Find the deal you want to use.
  3. Scroll down to review the instructions on how to use your deal.
  4. When you're ready to use your deal, select View Voucher.

Troubleshooting

If you’re having trouble with our mobile app, try the following:

  • Restart the app. 
  • Restart your device.
  • Check for operating system and app updates. Make sure that you're using the latest version of your device’s operating system.
  • Delete and reinstall the app.

Ensuring you always have the most recent version of the app can prevent most technical issues. Learn how to make this your default setting on an iOS or Android device. Please note that this will set your device to automatically update all apps, not just the LivingSocial app.
