Great service and Mark D was awesome

First, I was not happy with the service. When I schedule the appointment I ask if I could use the group on for haircut and they say yes. When I showed up as schedule they said no, after asking the stylist she agreed to use part of it and I paid the difference. She was amaizing, good service. For my second hair dryer, service was smoother, everyone seems happy there. I will keep going to the same stylist.

Robert Jeffrey's is my favorite hair salon now, welcoming, knowledgable people, all in a beautiful relaxing environment. Love the artworks on the walls.

I went in for a blowdry- the hair shampooer barely washed my hair- it was dry in certain areas. The blowout was flat without volume which was the opposite of what I asked. I will not go back.
