I attended the Flow & Restore session and felt very refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards! Leah was VERY welcoming from the time I arrived and encouraged me to come back upon leaving (I will definitely be back because I need to use the 5 pack I purchased before it expires lol). I enjoyed her class and overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend for anyone that is interested.

Hips, Heat & Flow

If you run, cycle, or your career requires you sit at a desk for extended periods of time, chances are your hips are stiff and tight. Our hips are like a 'junk drawer' in a house...it's Where we store things we don't know what else to do with. This class consists of a vigorous standing sequence to warm the body from the inside out, with longer holds to strengthen and cultivate breath awareness followed by a series of seated postures focused on hip extension, flexion, abduction, adduction, internal and external rotation. The room is set at a comfortable 100-105 degrees to facilitate muscle relaxation and detoxification. Come prepared to release, let go, and peel back some layers. Class ends with a decadent, extended, relaxing savasana.
