I attended the Flow & Restore session and felt very refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards! Leah was VERY welcoming from the time I arrived and encouraged me to come back upon leaving (I will definitely be back because I need to use the 5 pack I purchased before it expires lol). I enjoyed her class and overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend for anyone that is interested.

It has been at least 2 years since my last visit and my experience today was as magical as I remembered. Leah is an AMAZING instructor and I can't wait to return!!!

I love coming to this studio. They are always extremely welcoming and friendly and I always leave after class feeling like I got out of it exactly what I needed!

Best yoga studio in town! Leah is an amazing teacher for the beginner to the expert. I take all of my friends to this studio because they are treated wonderfully.
