Simply put, a top notch experience and a necessary thing to do when visiting the Windy City. The guide, Eric, molded the tour with such wit, wisdom and passion for the buildings presented - it was like he was born to educate others about the history and architecture. Truly a marvel of a city well viewed from this cruise line. The staff from beginning to end was excellent!

PLEASE ARRIVE 45min BEFORE time to ensure you’re at the correct dock. On the day of I noticed 3 different loading areas so to prevent missing your boat go ahead of time! Other than that, the staff was very friendly and instructions were clear. Enjoy!

Great tour and an exceptional tour guide.

Had a great time! The tour guide was subtle and funny. I learned a lot and it’s beautiful, I wish I went at night but it rained the night before and finding the booking site was very difficult so I suggest getting there an hour before just so that you’ll have time for mistakes as we were from out of town and not familiar with the area. I also had a strawberry marg while on the boat.

I appreciated the advance call about switching my reservation from a boat loaded with kids to another
