Bed Assignment Policy: They offer both massage beds and standard head spa beds. Unless specified by the client, massage beds will be prioritized. During peak hours or fully booked schedules, bed assignments will follow a first-come, first-served basis. They appreciate your understanding.

Blow-Dry Only Policy: The scalp treatment service includes blow-drying only. Styling is not included. However, guests are welcome to use the self-service styling tools available in the salon should they wish to style their hair after the treatment.
