####Q&A with the Admin With Instructor
Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We keep our students motivated by providing a challenging curriculum in a supportive environment. Most students come to our school already with an interest in the culture of Chinese martial arts. It is exciting to learn about a rich tradition first hand from teachers who have trained most of their lives professionally in China.
What's the most radical physical transformation you've seen a client make?
We focus on helping students make a healthy physical transformation. We've seen our students improve their balance, their reflexes, and their posture as well as gain more self-confidence and find new friendships at the school.
What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student?
A typical group class begins with warm ups, stretching, and practicing the basic movements and forms for the style (Kung Fu, Tai Chi, or Sanshou) of the class the student is attending.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
Chinese martial arts is not just about self-defense or how to make your body stronger, it's about promoting peace, keeping your body healthy, and caring about others. Kung Fu can help you discover yourself.
