Natasha is great! While 30 minutes may seem like it's not a lot of time you WILL get a great workout in, sweat and all!
You'll probably get a few laughs with her too. You can tell she loves her work. She is focused on you and your goals. She takes notes during your workout and that is one of my favorite parts!
