I have loved the studio since day one. The girls are great and so motivating. The studio is nice and clean. They provide lockers and even towels for when you sweat. Group On was the best way to try it out and now that I have I will be getting a membership.

The Director has 20 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Leader and, after 28 years in the United States Army, she understands first-hand what it takes to stay fit, especially when injuries get in one's way. Together, they teach a wide array of classes that range from proprietary workout programs such as Zumba and step aerobics to small, group-focused workouts such as boot camp and body sculpt.
