Photos are required prior to scheduling to confirm eligibility. This offer is valid for microblading only. The consultation included with this offer is a brief pre-procedure assessment performed on the day of the appointment, immediately before treatment, to confirm candidacy based on skin type, medical history, previous work, and contraindications. Separate or extended consultation appointments are not included with promotional offers. If, during the consultation, the technician determines that the client is not a suitable candidate for microblading, the value of the Groupon may be applied as a credit toward another service offered by the clinic. The client will be responsible for paying the difference between the Groupon value and the clinic’s standard service price. Promotional pricing does not transfer to other services. The second session must be completed 4–5 weeks after the first session, or an additional fee will apply. Not eligible if breastfeeding, pregnant, diabetic, or currently using Accutane. Red light therapy is available at an additional cost. Touch-ups are typically scheduled 6–8 weeks after the initial session (if option chosen). Results vary by skin type and lifestyle. Appointment required. Merchant contact information will be available for you after purchase in your voucher. May be repurchased every 90 days. If you make a reservation through Groupon, you may cancel or change your reservation up to 72 hours before its start time. After this point you are not entitled to a cash refund or to reschedule your reservation. Limit 2 per person.
