Purchased twin, firm. Came in 7 days from out west to east coast. Spoke to customer service, very patient and knowledgeable. Recommend calling first If any questions. Comes in long box, by FedEx. Keep in box till up in room, hard to grip otherwise. Don’t puncture bedding use blunt point or players to pull away first, rip carefully by hand on bed, this will begin hissing immediately. Once off mattress was a full 12” about 5 minutes. Was medium firm feel, I weigh 160. Used on existing foundation. There are springs in mattress all compressed on delivery.

I have let my mattress air out for 3+ days and there is a horrible rotten egg smell that has taken over the entire room/floor. I don’t know what to do since it says airing it out should work but it seems the smell just gets more potent. I am also pregnant so this has been so difficult to deal with. We literally thought something died in our house. The smell is awful and am not sure if it’s common.

It is a deep mattress and soft covering on top, but firmer underneath. Appears to be nicely made and should do the trick for a teenagers room!
