The place was clean and the staff was nice. My facial with Amanda was amazing. I gave 3 stars because there is no jacuzzi or steam room. They do have a dry sauna, but hot and dry is pretty much what walking outside in Phoenix feels like all the time. Also the relaxation room isn't very comfortable (furniture-wise). My friend and I had to stagger our appointments and we didn't really have anything to do while we waited for each other, so comfortable seating to sit and relax in while waiting would have at least been nice.

The massage was wonderful. My girlfriend had a facial and she was happy with the results also. A few things that weren't great... the women's locker room was under construction so we were placed in the men's locker room. It wasn't a great experience. There was another party of women and the mens locker room just wasn't big enough for all of us. The locker key pad stick and we had to go to the desk and ask to have our lockers opened multiple times. There was only two showers in the mens side and 6 women trying to use them. We should have been informed prior to our arrival and we may have made other arrangements. There is no steam room or hot tub to relax in. The "waiting room" is very small and did not fit everyone that was scheduled for treatments, we were on top of each other the whole day, making for a less relaxing experience. The pool is across the hotel grounds and more of a party pool for the whole hotel, again making for a far less relaxing experience. The other party was offered complimentary drinks for the inconvenience of the locker room, we were not offered the same. I would not recommend if you are looking to have a true spa day.

The spa is really pretty and well kept, nice and thoughtful amenities . Hubby and I got massages, different people but we both thought the massages we had were fantastic! The pool was great, too. We both ordered drinks and when we’d gone here before it was a better pour but that seems to be the shrink-flation way, can’t fault them. All in all fabulous experience

Beautiful spa, great service. I had a facial and massage. Both were wonderful and the esthetician and masseuse were very knowledgeable and excellent!
