5 stars for work, punctuality and professionalism. 4 stars for the results and addl. cost. At appointment learned that it is not steam vacuum cleaning but a carbonation method. Carpets dried quickly but result was only 80% for the heavy traffic area. They were upfront about $2/stair addl. cost but not $10 landing space cost. Juan Riviera was a great technician and did his best.

This is the second time we’ve used this company. They are great to work with from start to finish. The person booking my appointment was polite and courteous, I received an email reminder about the appointment, and a text notification when the technician was headed to my house. Juan was so thorough and professional and he made my carpets look amazing!! I highly recommend Michelangelo Enterprises.

everyone at Michelangelos was great! Juan took the time to walk me through the whole process and what to expect. They did a great job cleaning our carpets which were in really bad shape. I would recommend them to anyone in need their carpets cleaned.
