The purchase was very easy to complete. I received the website link in the Groupon voucher. There is also a short video showing how to redeem your voucher. The doll I wanted was in stock and it's very simple to add the custom name. At checkout, I added the Groupon voucher and only had to pay $7.99 for shipping. I haven't received my item yet so not sure how long it takes to receive item.
