I waited 30 minutes for my appointment. I bought a package deal and they would not let me redeem both the mani and pedi. They also never pick up the phone making it impossible to make an appointment.

I showed up for my appointment on time and was informed via text that the pedicurist would be 15 min late. I waited until 15 after, knocked on the door and nobody answered. I waited another 10 min and said that I couldn't wait any longer to the owner via text and was happy to reschedule. In the meantime, the owner redeemed my coupon even though I NEVER received the service. Do not recommend. 0/5.
