If a client arrives within the 10-minute grace period, the treatment
time will be reduced accordingly to ensure subsequent appointments remain
on schedule.

Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will result in the session being marked as
"used/forfeited," and the appointment slot will be automatically closed. *Cancellations & No-Shows:* Same-day cancellations and "no-shows" will be
considered as a used session.

*Reactivation Fee:* A *$100.00 reactivation charge* is required to
reinstate a forfeited session or to reschedule an appointment missed
without proper notice.
