This treatment is intended for patients with healthy teeth and gums. It is not valid for individuals with gum disease, cavities, extreme sensitivity, or other conditions requiring prior treatment.

A consultation is required to confirm eligibility. If you are found ineligible, the Groupon will not be redeemed and can be refunded directly through Groupon.

This service is valid for cosmetic whitening treatment only and is not a substitute for a dental exam, cleaning, or periodontal care.

Results vary depending on individual oral health and lifestyle factors (such as diet, smoking, and medications).

By purchasing this Groupon, patients acknowledge that whitening results are cosmetic in nature and agree that any disputes or complaints will follow Groupon's refund policy.

An appointment is required and subject to availability. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, or your voucher may be forfeited.

Additional fees may apply for services outside of whitening (such as X-rays or other dental treatments if needed).

This offer is non-transferable and not valid with insurance, other discounts, or promotions.

Our office is committed to providing a professional, positive, and safe experience. Patients are expected to respect clinic policies and staff. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not medically appropriate, ensuring safety and quality care.
