Easy to use. Our dogs are clean and fresh smelling - love the doggy deodorizer. Staff was friendly and willing to explain the process to a novice. Will definitely use again.

The Paw spa is great very easy to use only downside was there were no clean towels and I had to clean hair from the drain myself before I used it.

Dirty and smells of chemicals inside!! Pet hair all over the floor and throughout. Also, Impossible to get a larger dog up the ramp to bathe. It would be better to have the wash on ground/floor level. Great idea, just needs some improvements.

Works pretty much like the car wash. Put in coins, use the wand to wash, condition and rinse the dog in the giant pet tub. Your given a towel at check in but there is also a blow dryer near the pet tub. Took 20 minutes. Know your going to get wet...
