    For at least two weeks post-treatment, you must avoid direct sun exposure and use sunscreen diligently. You may wear makeup immediately after the session. For the first few days, avoid hot showers, saunas, and intense workouts. Do not use strong exfoliants for at least one week, and refrain from scrubbing the area or picking at any peeling skin.
