Dave Sobelman’s Bloody Marys began with a few pickled garnishes but quickly sparked a full-blown garnish war in Milwaukee. He started experimenting with outrageous toppings — fried chickens, cheeseburgers, and bacon-wrapped jalapeño cheese balls. Each drink is a signature creation, featuring zesty house-made mix, cheeses, pickled vegetables, shrimp, and more.

Sobelman's Pub & Grill
Dave and Melanie purchased one of Milwaukee’s original Schlitz taverns at 1900 W. St. Paul Ave in the historic Menomonee Valley, turning it into the beloved Sobelman’s Pub & Grill. Their story began in 1993, when Dave met Melanie, his waitress at a local restaurant. Love at first sight led to marriage and a family, and six years later they took the leap into business together.
