  • Vehicle Eligibility

    Valid for passenger vehicles and compact trucks under 4,500 GVWR, model year 2000 and newer. First-time customers only (limit one per customer).

  • Exclusions

    Not valid for modified vehicles, vehicles with an active check engine light, or heavy-duty vehicles with a GVWR of 8,600 or above.

  • Additional Fees

    The following fees may apply: $10 for trucks, vans, and SUVs over 4,500 GVWR; $12 State Certification and Transfer Fee (charged after the test); $20 dyno fee for vehicles from 1996–1999; $20 E-VAP test and $20 dyno test for vehicles from 1976–1995.
