There is a 15 minute grace period, after which, you will be charged a late fee of an additional $15. Clients who come later than 15 minutes will unfortunately be cancelled & a fee may apply. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Failure to reschedule your appointment within the allotted time will result in a $20 fee.
