What To Expect
At one of Hershey PA’s most inspiring attractions, the story of Milton S. Hershey is presented through informative museum exhibits and interactive experiences perfect for all ages. The museum experience takes visitors on a journey through his life, from bankruptcy to brilliance, his chocolate company, his generous philanthropic legacy, and the town of Hershey itself. Engaging exhibits explore Mr. Hershey’s early failures, how he successfully revolutionized making milk chocolate, and why he gave his fortune away.
The family-friendly attraction is packed with hands-on activities. In the Chocolate Lab (which is available for purchase upon arrival) , you can take a 45-minute class to learn how chocolate is made and create your own take-home treat. At Tastings, you can sample warm drinking chocolates from around the world, from fruity African cocoa to Indonesian chocolate with caramel notes. Younger kids can use a Scavenger Hunt to explore the gallery displays, while adults can admire historic candy-making equipment and even try building a virtual Kisses wrapping line. Yes. Active duty military personnel receive free admission to The Hershey Story’s Museum Experience. Other members of the party may purchase online tickets. Active duty military personnel should show their military ID upon arrival

Guests of The Hotel Hershey and Hershey Lodge will receive complimentary tickets to the Museum Experience at check-in. They simply need to bring the tickets to the admissions desk during operating hours
