Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee payable directly to the merchant. The fee is $65 for 90-minute services. After two late cancellations or reschedules, the Groupon voucher will be redeemed and forfeited. Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fee must be paid before booking a future appointment.
