Hotel is average as far as what you get for your money. Other than the spa, workout room and pool, which are pretty good, the rest is plain and you need to pay for anything extra you want. Parking is expensive at about $40 per night or $46 per night valet. Internet is $9.99 a night in the room however free in lobby. Customer service is generally good, we requested 2 sets of silverware which were free, however did take over 20 minutes for them to bring to our room.
pros: The view from the high floors (we were on the 35th floor) is excellent no matter what side of the building you are on. Spa and pool are good.
cons: Hotel room was pretty dusty in places, those with dust allergies likely will have a problem, as we did. Mini-bar as with most hotels is grossly overpriced. Figi water is almost $8, best to go visit the Bartell's across the street for real prices.
