Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 20% of the total service cost. For cancellations occurring less than 48 hours before the appointment, a higher fee will be assessed based on the timing of the cancellation. Cancellations on the day of service will result in a charge of 50% or more of the total cost. Clients who do not show for their appointment will be responsible for the full 100% service fee.
