Flights and hotels are priced live, so the amount you paid is guaranteed only while your selected option is still available. If you wait, your dates may sell out or the fare may change, and any difference would be payable to the Tour Operator.

Your voucher is fully refundable to your original payment method or as Groupon Bucks until you finalize your booking with the merchant, or within 3 days of purchase, whichever comes first. After 3 days and until your selected departure date, refunds for unredeemed vouchers are issued as Groupon Bucks. Once the departure date passes, vouchers are no longer eligible for a refund—however, amount paid never expires. Once your booking is confirmed, the merchant's cancellation policy applies.
