LAKO has fast become one of my favorite places to workout! The staff is friendly, each trainer has his own personality and style of training. You get a total body workout without compromising form and technique. Seriously, sometimes I think they are training us to be in the boxing ring! In fact, one of my highlights so far, was when Coach Robert put on body pads for us all to “practice on him.”

Took my first class today and honestly I can’t wait to go back and take the rest of the classes! You will definitely sweat!!!!!! It’s fun! The Instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place

Denny was awesome! He provided all my options and was patient when explaining the questions I asked. The trainer, Curtis, provided a great workout. I am left-handed, and he took time to break it down for me. I appreciated that level of detail and consideration.

I had a wonderful experience. Remember to arrive at least 20 minutes before the schedule class for your first day. Everyone at this location is very helpful. They sell hand wraps their in case you forget yours. Really cool place. Not overcrowded and reasonable rates if you decide to continue your training. I'm not a professional nor do I have any desire to be. Have fun!

LAKO co-owner Yuichi Ohi has coached famous actors into shape for roles in blockbusters including Transformers and The Great Gatsby.
