pros: Hotel was beautiful with plenty of amenities including a great pool area, rental bikes and spa. Beautiful by river. The staff was helpful. The room was clean but on the small side. The location was good only a short jaunt to Vail Village.
cons: All of the noise and commotion that accompanies rowdy youth lacrosse teams.

This is an excellent location! The friendly service, cleanliness, amenities and views made for a wonderful visit to Vail. We look forward to returning for a visit again and again.
pros: The front desk clerk, Alex, gave excellent guest service; friendly, helpful, hospitable. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the view!
cons: Room service should be extended past 9 p.m. Too early. Caf should have longer hours.
