Microsoft Office Standard 2024 is a one-time purchase with instant digital delivery and no subscription ever. Choose Standard for Windows PC or Standard for Mac, pay once, and own Office 2024 with Microsoft security updates through October 9, 2029. There are no renewal reminders, no credit cards on file, and no recurring fees.

This is NOT Microsoft 365. This is a one-time purchase where you own Office Standard 2024 forever with no subscription or recurring charges. Microsoft 365 is an annual cloud subscription ($99.99/year), whereas Office Standard 2024 is a perpetual desktop license.

Standard for Mac — Optimized for macOS

Office 2024 Standard for Mac delivers the core productivity suite fully optimized for macOS Ventura, Sonoma, and Sequoia with native Apple Silicon support. Runs natively on M1, M2, M3, and M4 Macs — no Rosetta required.

  • Excel for Mac — Complete formula support and pivot tables

Both versions include lifetime activation tied to one device and full offline productivity. No subscription, renewal, or monthly fees are required. Note: Microsoft Copilot is a Microsoft 365 subscription feature and is not included with Office 2024 perpetual licenses.

Dedicated Activation Support: License Tom holds a 4.9/5 Trustpilot rating across 1,214 reviews (96% 5-star) and an A- BBB rating. If your key doesn’t activate, email [email protected] for a replacement. Groupon’s buyer guarantee serves as a backstop if the merchant cannot resolve the issue.

How It Works

Before you start: Uninstall any previous Office installation first. Installing over an existing Office version is the primary cause of activation errors. Go to Settings → Apps and uninstall any prior Office versions (2019, 2021, 365) plus OneDrive, then restart your device before running the Office 2024 installer.

Redemption Steps

  1. Redeem Your Voucher

Go to My Groupons, click 'See Details', and copy your Redemption Code (found under the barcode). Note: Your Groupon code is NOT your software activation key.

  2. Claim Your Key

Visit licensetom.com, enter your information, and paste your Groupon Redemption Code. Your unique activation key and installation guide will arrive via email (usually within 1 to 2 hours). Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't see it.

  3. Clean Installation

Ensure all previous Office versions are completely uninstalled before starting the new installation.

  4. Activate Immediately

Use your key immediately to prevent trial expiration or activation errors.

Need help? If your key hasn't arrived after 2 hours, contact [email protected].

What You Get

Lifetime License — No Subscription

Pay once, use forever. Unlike Microsoft 365 which charges $99–$150/year indefinitely, Office 2024 is a one-time purchase. Your license never expires and you never owe another cent. Install today and it's yours for life — even through reinstalls or hardware changes.

Dedicated Activation Support

License Tom holds a 4.9/5 Trustpilot rating across 1,214 reviews (96% 5-star) and an A- BBB rating. If you ever need help activating, email [email protected] — they respond within the hour. Groupon’s buyer guarantee is the backstop if the merchant can’t resolve it.

Full Core Productivity Suite

Standard 2024 includes the five most-used apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote — the same core productivity suite that ships with Microsoft 365 Personal. You get the essentials for writing, analysis, presentations, email, and note-taking in one one-time purchase.

Mac Native — Apple Silicon Optimized

Office 2024 Standard for Mac is fully native on Apple Silicon — no Rosetta 2 translation layer. Faster launch times, lower memory usage, and better battery life on M1, M2, M3, and M4 Macs. Compatible with macOS Ventura (13), Sonoma (14), and Sequoia (15).
