friendly, knowledgable

I loved the service, nice and friendly. the foils look great, the color is good and the cut is also good. I have naturally curly hair so the cut needs a little tweaking. Amy did a good job, and I am sure one more cut and we would have it super. Thanks Amy. May use you again in an emergency. A Satisfied customer

Operator needs to listen to what the client really wants...

The stafff are too self-involved, gossiping among themselves, while ignoring me the customer...I was left sitting with no explanation to when they would get to doing my hair...although I was the only customer that they had. I found the satff to be too young, unprofessional, and immature. I would not go back.

-very unfriendly new girl did my hair. No conversation took place, very slow, roots were not coloured to perfection, very amateur cut
