The reservations were very easy, we had many choices of dates and times, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire spa day was relaxing and made the three of us feel like princesses!

Diane was amazing! When they tell you it's 8 ounces of oil, they really mean a ridonculous amount of oil! When they tell you to use shampoo first, before applying water, to wash out all the oil from your hair - do it!! However, even after two washes, my hair was silky soft. Diane really took her time and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. If you're sensitive to the smell of sesame oil, or cook with it often as I do, you may want to go therapeutic massage rather than agh...that thing...massage. But, if you like a plethora of hot oil, long strokes, and full body attention then this is for YOU!

Lovely place. Aveda products and professional staff. It's really pricey but worth it for a special splurge.
