Loved it. Price was right. Friendly staff. Clean.

Very laid back and easy-going.

I know I said that I would recommend but I am really not sure. The beds are great but there is no one really around to monitor them or clean them once they have been used.

The staff harassed us to get a gym membership, because this place is inside Bally fitness, I wouldn't go just tanning here unless you're looking for a gym too.

My wife had the most disturbing experience at The Beach Tanning. She was sexually harassed by the instructor named Matt, who insisted she take a tour of the facility after filling out the waiver and clearly explaining that she was not interested in anything but the tanning. He then proceeded to make inappropriate comments, would not allow her to use the tanning until she accepted his personal cell phone number and would not return her license until she tanned and came back to see him. when I called the facility upon her return, they clearly stated that she can get her lousy $20 back through Group-on and she was no longer welcome in the facility. formal complaint made!

There is no one at the desk most days and you have to go to the front desk to get someone to help you. With that being said, they are attentive when you ask them. One time I went, the bed was not cleaned on the top part and that kind of grossed me out. But, I didn't have an issue after that. The price is good, but I don't think the tanning part of their business is a large priority
