Dr. Pickens was wonderful. She really took her time explaining everything and answering all of the questions I had for her. In the end I felt kind of bad because I took up so much of her time. But not once did I feel like she was rushing to get me out the door. She also took time to show me pictures and offer me products BUT did not in anyway push them on me like soapy other places I have been. I really appreciated this and plan on returning to buy products specifically from her since I didn't being funds with me that day. As for my IPL treatment, it has been just 2 days so I'm still waiting to see any differences even though I need more treatments.

Attention to detail is lacking. Sense that they are more interested in getting you to buy into one of their expensive skin care systems such as Obagi.
