I am going back again

I loved Sandy's facial, the best I've very had, and I'll be back regularly.

What was suppose to be an hour facial was only 35 minutes. The technician was pleasant but crimped on products, used only cold water (brrrrrr) and basically gave a service I could have done better at home.

As the estetician was walking me back to the spa room, she changed course and ran out the front door after another customer, leaving me standing there in the middle of the salon for a few minutes. FInally, I asked the receptionist whether someone would show me to the spa room, which she did. The room is right off the hair styling floor and there's no door, only a curtain. I changed and laid on the table for a few minutes. The estetician still wasn't back. When she returned, she said she needed directions from the customer who had just left. Not a good first impression. The music from the salong floor competes with the soothing spa music because there's no door on the room. Also, I was freezing since the spa table wasn't heated and the estetician didn't use warm water.
