I appreciate that when I showed up on a different day other than when the coupon was valid for, they made an exception and allowed me to use it after checking with their boss.

They had high school girls taking the photos and cut my kids arms off in the frame. We had to re shoot. Pain with 2 kids under the age of 3 and they weren't as good.

The individual taking the photo was incredibly off center and the other employee there indicated a silent apology for the terrible photo. There was no service offered to my family in order to rectify this terrible service.

The cd doesnt provide copyright priviledges and they tell you what the poses have to be.
