The receptionist was extremely rude when I expressed concern regarding the pain that I felt during the Zoom Whitening process and stated that it should only cause "sensitivity". I am well aware of the difference between sensitivity and pain, no need to talk down to people, especially when they're in pain. I question whether the whitening was done appropriately and I will not be back any time soon, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I was told by the dentist I needed deep cleaning right after I just opened my mouse. Got part cleaning(mainly bottom front teeth) w full polishing w full mouth x-ray. It's good to find out that I don't have any cavitiy, but the 30-35mins. dentist visit was disappointed because I wanted to get all of my teeth cleaned not partially. Got an estimate for deep cleaning(800.00+) Did not make future appt. The dentist and receptionist were friendly though. I had expected too much I know, but I keep thinking that it was waste of money n trip.
