Roxie does a nice analysis of what you particularly need and goes from there; this is fantastic because everyone's skin is different. She is really accurate and has done an amazing job on me twice now. Highly recommended!

The salon is on the third floor, no elevator in the building, so beware if you have a physical handicap.
She is very informative, gave me a lot of good tips I wasn't already aware of from other skin salons.

The facial was fantastic! Roxanne is very knowledge and friendly. A great shoulder massage was included also. I was extremely satisfied and look forward to future facials. Definitely recommend Flawless Skin.
