My hair feels great and I've received a lot of complements from those that have noticed. Since I asked for - and received - subtle, it's not obvious to everyone...and that's ok with me.

Just opened a few weeks ago didn't cut my hair anything like the pic I took with me and I was there for 3 hrs for cut and color!

I didn't feel the cut I received was what I would expect from a master stylist. There was only one person in the shop on the day of my appointment therefore they had to handle all calls and walk-in customers.
