First time there, the only person that seemed friendly was the young man that brought our sandwiches to the front counter. Not that anybody was outright rude, but a smile and a "have a good day, thank you for trying our place" goes a long way. I even went to the counter to check out the different bagels with the thought of maybe bringing my Mom home a couple different ones and nobody even acknowledged me standing there so I left without actually spending any money. Will try again because the sandwiches were really good, hopefully they were just having an "off personality" day!
