If you like slower yoga where you hold your poses longer-this is not the place for you. But if you enjoy a faster pace yoga you will really like this place. I've only taken one class but Marty was great, took the time to correct me& I appreciate that

This is a great yoga studio with great instructors who are very nice and helpful. I wish I was in Atlanta more so could go more often.
